The TAAC was established in April 1999. What started off as a home office, with one employee has since become an established business, which is now situated in the new industrial area in Westerkappeln(Germany).
Run by the Managing Director, Mrs Jutta Nurna, the business has made progress and has become a well-known “form of assistance” to many of the British Forces within Germany . Mrs Nurna brings along twentytwo years of experience in the field of traffic accident assistance. Having started off in Osnabrueck as an interpreter with the RMP, she gained experience in dealing with road traffic accidents and in general about the way the military operates as such. This has enabled her to gain the know how to assist in a professional and efficient manner over a period of thirteen years.
After leaving the RMP she was employed with a company that offered assistance to British soldiers after being involved in accidents, which then furthered her knowledge and experience in this field.
It is after she left this company that she decided to establish her own business with her own personal touch of efficiency and caring about each case and giving many British soldiers a shoulder to cry on when they had no one to turn to! Many British people have been assisted by her and found that it was a big relief to have someone that can help from the moment the traffic accident occurred through to resolving the dilemma that they found themselves in, in a foreign country.
Since her establishment she has expanded to four employees as well as scholarship possibilities. Her team consists of capable people who are there to help with compassion during office hours, whilst Mrs Nurna is available on a twenty-four hour basis. All of her staff members speak fluent English, which is valued by the TAAC clientele. It is a good team and matters flow smoothly with good and constant communication within the company – which can be handed on to the distressed client.
Mrs Nurna is supported by renowned Solicitors, has long existing reliable workshops that she uses and also works together closely with Engineering Assessors and Car Rental Companies.
