only and will not be responsible for your purchase. All purchase
you make will be subject to the owner(s) or client(s) terms and
conditions.
Who We Are
Motorbrowser.co.uk are advertising agents on behalf of client(s) subscribing
to our online car purchase and sales directory and who have
instructed us to place an advertisement upon our website. In
ALL cases, your contract will be with the client(s) and you
will be bound by the client(s) terms and conditions.
Accuracy
Motorbrowser.co.uk does not warrant that the information accessible
via this site is accurate. The information that we display
is derived from a number of sources. We do ensure though that
we take great care to try to ensure accuracy but services and
facilities may change or be withdrawn from one week to the
next.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the website and its
services. If we have to withdrawal our services then unfortunately
no refund payments can be made, we will wherever possible forward
your information to another website who provides similar services
to ours. If Dealerships wish to terminate their advertisement
with Motorbrowser.co.uk then we will need a month's written notification,
unfortunately to cover our administration costs if you end your
contract within the first year of registration we will charge
you a administration fee of £25.00
Payment
Companies advertising with Motorbrowser.co.uk, payment can be made
by either Credit, Debit cards, using our secure payment system
or by cheque, Postal Order and Bank Transfer. As soon as payments
have been accepted we will enter your details into our system
and ensure that your advertisement is published on our website
within 24 hours in receipt of payment.
Private advertisers, advertising with Motorbrowser.co.uk, payment
can be made by either Credit or Debit card, using our secure
payment system. As soon as payments have been accepted we will
enter your details into our system and ensure that your advertisement
is published on our website within 24 hours in receipt of payment.
You will receive a receipt for your payment. Your advertisement
will only be published on receipt of payment. If we have any
problems in respect of payment we have the right to cancel
your advertisement and all associations with Motorbrowser.co.uk,
and no refunds will be processed.

In order to provide you with the best web-based service, we
have included many links to other motoring related websites.
Although these linked sites are selected carefully and with
the aim of providing you with a good service, we cannot be
responsible for these sites and their contents.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
